  1. Zero Clearance. Self-contained, zero clearance construction allows your Flex fireplace to be framed into wood or metal studs, providing installation freedom and flexibility for builders,architects, interior designers, landscapers and homeowners.
  2. Built to Last a Lifetime. Zinc sealed steel construction powder coated with super hi-temp black paint prevents rusting so all fireplaces can be used both indoors or outdoors.
  3. Glass Fire Screen/s. The toughened glass fire screen stabilises the flame in windy conditions. The Integrated windscreen sits flush behind the frame. Warning: do not operate the fireplace without the glass fire screen.
  4. No Connections. Light up outdoor spaces with a soft, alluring glow - easily and efficiently, without cumbersome connections.
  5. No Flue, No Chimney, No Vent. Fuelled by clean-burning e-NRG bioethanol, our burners produce a beautiful orange flame without any smoke, soot or ash.

What’s the smallest and largest Flex fireplace in the range?

The smallest is Flex 18” (378mm viewing area), and the largest is Flex 158” with Two Decorative Boxes (4031mm viewing area).

Do you supply the timber logs for Flex fireplaces with Decorative Boxes?

No. We supply only stainless steel logs with patina finish. They are optional, and are available in Copper or Brass finish. Each Log Set comes with 8 logs in 4 different sizes.

How many bags of glass charcoal rocks are included with each Flex fireplace?

The standard is 1 bag of decorative media (glass charcoal rocks) per Flex fireplace, however more bags will be supplied for larger models depending on the length of the fireplace. If adding a Decorative Box to the Flex, then an additional bag of decorative media will be supplied.

Do they heat?

Flex fireplaces are ventless, meaning all the heat stays in the room rather than escaping up a flue or chimney like it would with a traditional wood-burning fireplace. Even though they are not designed to be used as a primary source of heat, they offer a heat output ranging from:

  • 5,800 BTU’s/1.7 kW (20m2 with 1 x AB3 Burner),
  • 45,870 BTU’s/13.5 kW (195m2 with 3 x XL1200 Burners).

Are Flex fireplaces supplied in different heights?

No, all Flex fireboxes have a standard viewing height of 502mm due to the higher dancing flame pattern. This dimension cannot change, otherwise the fireplace will overheat and will be deemed unsafe to operate.

What is the thickness of the steel with Flex fireplaces?

1.2mm mild steel.

What’s the most popular Flex fireplace style?

Single Sided is the most popular and best selling style of Flex fireplaces. Most customers opt for “Flame Only” unless the length of their wall can accommodate a Side Box configuration.

What’s the best selling size of Flex fireplace?

The best sellers are between Flex 32” (810mm viewing area) and Flex 68” (1730mm viewing area). These models will heat room sizes from 40m2 to 65m2 which covers most residential projects.

Can I get the burner in Black instead of Stainless Steel?

Yes. Black Burners with Porcelain Ceramic Enamel Coating are optional and priced differently. They can be added to any Flex fireplace model, and will perfectly blend into the firebox floor and provide an incredibly durable coating.

The accessories shown below are included with every Flex firebox,
ensuring safe operation and ease of use.

1. Jerry Can with (2.) Safety Spout 5L Jerry Can and Safety Spout safety features include automatic stop flow, fast flow rate, locking thumb buton control, and self-venting system. Enables safe storage and decanting of e-NRG. 3. e-NRG bottle adaptor. The e-NRG bottle adaptor connects the safety spout from the Jerry Can straight onto the e-NRG bottle making fuelling the fire quicker and easier.

1. Lighting Rod. The Lighting Rod is designed to enable you to safely adjust the slider position on the Burner at any time. It is also used for the ignition procedure. 2. Lighter. The refillable butane Lighter supports the safe ignition of the lighting rod. The length of the lighter further enhances the management of the lighting process.

XL Baffles (XL Burners only). XL Baffles are placed over the internal burner vents and serve to increase the efficiency of the burner as well as further stabilise the flame.

Black Glass Charcoal* Models come with black glass charcoal to add the finishing touch.Made from high-quality tempered glass, they do not emit any toxic fumes, smoke, or ash and are extremely easy to maintain and clean. *Not to be placed directly on top of the burner or anywhere they can interfere with the operation of the burner or the stability of flame.
